  Update Lua to latest 5.1.x release (bugfixes only update).

  8.0.3: Upgraded Lua from 5.1.1 to 5.1.2.
         This is a bug-fix only release.
  8.0.5-TEST1: Upgraded Lua from 5.1.2 to 5.1.3-rc3
         This is a bug-fix only release.
  8.0.5-TEST2: Upgraded Lua from 5.1.2-rc3 to 5.1.3
         This is a bug-fix only release.

  Lua is very stable, and 5.1.x releases cover bug-fixes only,
  which in the past have generally been rare bugs.
  SIMION 8.0 policy is to apply all 5.1.x updates.
